He was predeceased by: his parents, Vern Lowe and Patricia Lowe; and his siblings, Larry, Bea and Jane.

He is survived by: his wife Linda Baier; and his children, Tammy Gens (Scott), Gino, Mona Wolters (Mark), Luke, Hannah Baumann (Alex), Maggie Tuwei (Job) and Jake (Jenny). He is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
