He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmet Hickey and Bernice Hickey (Kindler); his sister Arlene; and his son-in-law Jerry. He is survived by: his daughters, Kay and Pam; his granddaughter Julie; his children, Michael and Lana (Randy); his wife Lenora Hammerschmidt; his daughter Julie (Bob); his brothers, Bob (Linda) and Jim (Terri); and also, Bob and Jim. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; seven great-great grandchildren.
