She was predeceased by: her sister Marie Rivers; her sons, Richard II and John; her son-in-law Thomas Ommen; and her grandson Richard III.

She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Jane Ommen of Mankato, Patricia Bores (Kevin) of Mankato and Margaret Lee (Marty) of Prairie Village, KS; and her daughter-in-law Carol Gilbertson of Mankato. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; many great-great grandchildren; 7 nieces and nephews; and friends.
