She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Torgerson and Gladys Torgerson (Jacobe); her brothers, Roger, Dean and Mike Torgerson (Pat); and her nephew Bradley.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin Neegaard, Brenda Dosedel (Billy Herring) and William Neegaard; her grandchildren, Paul Neegaard, Tommy Neegaard, Kaycee Mead (Tom), Charles McLaughlin (Courtney), Christopher McLaughlin (Molly), Johnathan Dosedel (Morgan), Jacob Reisenbigler, Alexis Froehlich (Cole), Gabe Neegaard (Victoria) and William Joseph, Jr. Neegaard (Aurora); her great grandchildren, Mason McLaughlin-Gerdes and William Joseph, III; her siblings, Linda Torgerson, Curt Torgerson (Peggy Black), Darrell Torgerson (Jody) and Dale Torgerson; and her sister-in-law Pam Torgerson.
