With profound sadness, we say goodbye to John Scrabeck of North Mankato, Minnesota, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Scrabeck and Esther Scrabeck (Sydow); his grandchildren, Derek Scrabeck and Amanda Holmes; and his siblings, Laverne Scrabeck, Ruth Lyons and Esther Scrabeck.
He is survived by: his wife Liliah Culbertson; his children, Kimberly Krause (Joel), Kevin (Tabor), Mitchell (Chris), Kaylynn Holmes (Dan), LaMonte (Paula) and John (Abby); and his siblings, Verna Carter, Paul Scrabeck, Mary Ohm, Charles Scrabeck and Carolyn Weller. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Prairie River Camp, Bricelyn, MN.
