He is survived by: his children, Randy Lievan of San Diego and Marcia Hunziker (Doug); and his grandchildren, Frank, Mark, Michael, Dawn, Alicia and Amberly. He is also survived by five great-grandsons; two great-granddaughters; special friends Audrey Annis and Robert Kitchenmaster, as well as many cousins and friends.
