He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Just and Bunny Just; his wife Mary Marie Elford; his brother Fred Just Jr.; and his sister-in-law Jane.
He is survived by: his children, John Just Jr. (Carmen Christy), Kristin Braun (Mark) and Thomas Just (Teri); and his sister Elizabeth Just Vosbeck (Bill) of Alexandria, VA. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
