He is survived by: his wife Gwen Tjernagel of North Mankato; his daughter Beth Costell (Josh); his grandchildren, Connor, Madison and Paige Schaewe; his daughter Becky Turner (Todd); his grandson Blake Turner; his son Andrew Tjernagel (Jennifer) of Waconia; his grandchildren, Garrett and Olivia Tjernagel; his brother John Tjernagel (Judy); his sister-in-law Joan Tjernagel; his nieces and nephews, Dan Tjernagel, Christine Tjernagel, Jeff Tjernagel, Jody Bitter, Jonathan Tjernagel, Julie Tjernagel, Joelle Price, Sheila Burfield, Matt Berg and Marty Berg; and also Mike Schaewe.
