He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Krueger. He is survived by: his father Melvin Krueger; his children, Scott, Kevin, Elizabeth and William Douglas; his wife Tamera Phillips (Isenberg); his stepchildren, Kyle Phillips (Sommer Koel), Lindsey Stewart (Jeff), Charley and Jonathan; his siblings, Dave Krueger (Bev) and Deb Anderson; and his friend Leonard Seitz. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Cleveland American Legion.
