It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ardys Ione Schultz of North Mankato, Minnesota, born in Hector, Minnesota, who passed away on February 18, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John; her parents, Raymond Walker and Bessie Walker; and her siblings, Harley Walker, Duane Walker and Douglas Walker.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sheila Weber (Drew) and Lori Rykhus (Wayne); her grandchildren, Eric Weber, Kristen McDevitt (Brian), Adam Weber, Masyn Rykhus and Asher Rykhus; her brother Gary Walker (Dian); and her siblings-in-law, Charlie Schultz (Shirley), Floyd Schultz (Mabel), Raymond Schultz (Jean), Muriel Walker and Geri Schultz. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Generous with her time and always willing to lend a hand, she frequently volunteered for church functions and donated many culinary treats and crochet afghans to various church fundraisers over the years.
