He is survived by: his wife Lisa Hruby; his stepchildren, Matthew Mager (Tara) and Jenny Wagner (Jake); his grandchildren, Eric, Morgan, Kelly Jaster, Levi, Olivia, Logan Wick, Madisyn Kozitza, Madi Kozitza, Jace, Samantha Mager, Jeremiah, Jax and Judson Wagner; his siblings, Sandy Schaefer (Mark), Dick Kozitza (Ruth), Jacquie Grams (Brian), Bill Kozitza (Sherry) and Trudie Gustafson (Jack); and also, Rachael Wick (Kenneth), Ryan Kozitza (Nicole Nogosek) and Justin Kozitza. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
