He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Bazey and Mae Ann Bazey; and his siblings, Johanna Peterson, Elaine Osterson, George and Joe Bazey.
He is survived by: his children, Mike Bazey (Val) and Cheryl Hankins; his great grandchildren, Henry West and Charlotte West; his spouse Beverly Adamek; his stepsons, Matthew Adamek (Sue) and Shawn Adamek (Jutta); his stepgrandchildren, Yasmin Adamek and Devin Adamek; his stepgreat-grandson Kalob Obert; and his siblings, Shirley Lamere, Marie Bazey, Leonard Bazey (Ingrid), Earnie Bazey (Bobbi) and John Bazey (Marie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
