He is survived by: his wife Allene; and his children, Dave Kovarik of North Branch, Mike Kovarik of Stacy, Jim Kovarik (Patti) of Pine City, Kathie Mitchell (Steve) of Harris and Greg Kovarik of Fortine, MT. He is also survived by his eight grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.
