Merlyn E. Johnson Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Merlyn E. Johnson of North Branch, Minnesota, born in Sandstone, Minnesota, who passed away on November 20, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Allie Efrusiina Korpi and Adolph Waldemar Johnson; his wife Ruth Larson; and his sons, Gordon and Wayne.
He is survived by: his sons, Norman Johnson of Minneapolis and Larry Johnson of Phoenix, AZ; his grandchildren, Emily, Sydney and Alida; and his great grandchildren, James and Benjamin. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and many special friends.
Memorials may be directed to Boys Town or Spring Lake Lutheran Church.
