He is survived by: his siblings, Michael Benolken (Zenny), Kevin Benolken (Billie Jo) and Nancy Ziesmer; his niece Kalley Benolken; his nephews, Matthew Benolken, Greg Benolken and Keith Benolken (Paula Amundson); and also Annie.
