He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Blanchette and Eliza Blanchette (Guimont); and his wife Nancy Thrun. He is survived by: his children, Lawrence Blanchette, Jr. (Francis) and Nicole Blanchette (Roger); his grandchildren, Emily, Leah, Jonathan, Stephanie and Jeremiah; and his sister Joan Horan.
