He was predeceased by: his parents, John O. Dale and Junette M. Dale; his daughter Jill; his wife Sharon; his daughter Laurie Jayne; and his brothers, Cecil and Jerry.
He is survived by: his sister Junette Dale (Junie) of North Branch, MN; and his children, Bradley (Susan) of Nashville, TN, Jonathan (Sylvia) of Richardson, TX and Elizabeth (Tyler McGlasson) of Fort Worth, TX.. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
