He was predeceased by: his wife Rosemary C. Oehlers; his parents, Edward C. Oehlers and Edith M. Oehlers; his siblings, Edward C. Oehlers of North Branch, Marilyn Matthews of St. Paul, Minnesota and Nancy Oehlers of St. Paul, Minnesota; and his grandson Rusty Oehlers.
He is survived by: his children, Ken (Dolly), Susan Henderson (Jordan), Jeannie Walton (Greg), Kathy Garling (Tim), Denise (Catherine Minden) of Ohio, Joe, David (Wendy) and Stephen (Adrienne); his brother Robert (Linda); and his siblings-in-law, Connie Hoye and Ted Collins (Jean Dick). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
