He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert and Rose; his wife Teryl; and his sister Beth Anne. He is survived by: his sons, John "Jay" Ullmann Jr. (Jammie) and Ryan Ullmann; his grandchildren, Jordan, Ashtyn, Kale, Gabe and Jackson; his brothers, Albert Ullmann Jr. (Becky), Dennis Ullmann, Steve Ullmann (Julie) and Kenny Ullmann (Dawn); his aunt Annie Brausen; and his uncle Jim Deyo. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
