He is survived by: his wife Gail; his brothers, Bob, Bruce (Carol), Ron (Kathy) and Ross (Debbie); his daughters, Cari Vande Kamp, Heather Pouti (Steve) and Heidi Bergeron (Brad); his grandchildren, Courtney, Andrew, Candace, Megan, Landon, Hunter, James and Tanner; and his nieces and nephews, Brendan, Keith, Jason, Jaryd, Cory, Melissa and Amy. He is also survived by many cousins, relatives.
