He was predeceased by: his parents, John Olson and Effie Olson (Magnison); his wife VaLois Olson (Hultman); and his siblings, Loren (Rose), Arvid (Margaret), Myrtle Swenson (Pete), LaVonne Foster (Arthur) and Daisy Olson.
He is survived by: his children, Dennis Olson (Paula) of Apple Valley, Gary Olson (Sherri) of Belle Vista, AR, Jeff Olson (Julie) of Center City and Debbie Schlosser (Tony) of Dresser, WI; his grandchildren, Sarah, Craig Olson (Martha), Jennifer, Jacob Olson (Amy), Josephine Sanken (Sam), Mellissa and Kimberly Schmidt; and his great grandchildren, Madilynn, Jalynn Schmidt, Lillianna Olson, Robyn Olson and Winnie Jo Sanken. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
