He is survived by: his children, Mike (Becky), Randy (Dawn), Joe, Dorine Sundlin (Kevin) and Renee Forga; his sisters, Mary Jane Murphy and Josephine Osberg; and his grandchildren, Doug Sundlin, Crystal McLean, Melissa Bjork, Tanya Forga and Kayla Forga. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
