He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Palmquist and Helen Palmquist; and his sisters, Donna Rae and Carole. He is survived by: his wife Karen; his sons, Chad (Christy) and Kurt (Sheryl); his grandchildren, Matthew, Megan, Lance and Lewis; and his siblings, Robert (Nancy), Roger, Diane Zutter (Bob), Patti Palmquist and McGarvey (Bob). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
