He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Edward and Yolanda Van. He is survived by: his children, Amanda Lohmann (Justin), Anthony Van and Christine Keller (Mike); and his sister Maryann Gapinski (Richard). He is also survived by three grandchildren.
