She was predeceased by: her sister Marilyn; her brother-in-law Marvin Borgeson; her brother David; and her siblings-in-law, Lois McLean, Myrtle Kville, Solveig Jondahl, Jens, Elmer, Gilman, Hartvick, Ardell and Robert.
She is survived by: her husband Marlow Strand; her children, Deborah (Bob Marszalek), Don (Julie), Shirley Yvonne Snyder (Brian) and Julie Strand (Lance); her grandchildren, Joe Marszalek, Greg Strand, James Strand, Jordan Strand, Shannon Strand, Scott Strand, Katie Snyder, Woody Strand and Jesse Strand; her great grandchildren, Alex, Dakota, Sky and Evelyn Yvonne; her sister Diane; and her siblings-in-law, Lyle Hillman, Opal Strand, Evelyn Strand and Helen Strand.
