It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sigurd Trelstad Jr. of Nisswa, Minnesota, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on November 8, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sigurd John and Helen Trelstad (Hudson); his wife Nola Johnson; his sons, Alex, Joseph (Pena), John Erick and Geoffrey; and his siblings, Lee (Chris Stroemer) and Nancy Cook (Jerry). He was also cherished by several grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
Family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Michael J Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research or the Parkinson's Foundation.
