She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Gerald, Grace Benz, Gary Johnson and Ruth Hanson; her brothers, Matthew and Jeremy Clemons; her aunts, Tracy Mansfield, Cheryl Skusevich and Audrey Benz; and her cousins, Dustin Guddeck and Kelsey Hanson.
She is survived by: her children, Saddie, Jace Gormley and Casey Koch; her parents, Gregg Benz and Julie Johnson; her brother Danial Benz; her fiancé Alex Hlavinka; her stepgrandfather DuWayne "Bud" Hanson; her aunts and uncles, Dennis Benz (Sheryl), Scott Benz (Kandi), Penny Wilkerson (Jim), Lynda Johnson, Brynda Bemis and Greg Hanson (Teri); and her close friends, Kasey Haehnel and Kat Nistler.
