We are sad to announce that on April 10, 2018, at the age of 61, Mark Prazak (Nisswa, Minnesota), born in Des Moines, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Deb; his siblings, Jan Prazak (Mary Halvorson) of California, Becky Prazak of Des Moines, Don "Ladd" Prazak and Nancy Prazak; and also, Maui, Koney and Hattie.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Heading Home K-9 Rescue.
