With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joy Ann Potthoff of Nisswa, Minnesota, born in Saint Paul, Minnesota, who passed away on January 6, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William and Vida (Swenson); her former husband Frederick Wilcox Potthoff, Jr. (Fritz); her grandson Frederick Wilcox Potthoff IV; and her siblings, Ellen Peterson, Verna Resler, Doris Enlund, Antoinette Johnson, Lillian Anderson, Edgar, David, Otto, Oscar, Gordon and Melvin.
She is survived by: her sister Toni; her husband Fritz Potthoff; her grandson Mario; her brothers, Duck Hunt and Tetris; her children, Fred III (Judy), Nancy Kirsch (Robert), Susan, Sandra (Leslie Grant), Laura Eggert (Dale) and Leila Froehle (Mark); her grandchildren, Amy Anderson (Justin), Caroline Cullison (Jeff), Marie Kirsch, Julie Kirsch (Dan Lynch), Patrick Froehle (Chelsey) and Eva Stordy (Thomas); her great grandchildren, Benjamin, Joseph, Lily, Archer and Kamren; her godchild Jean Margaritis; her daughter Berta Delvalle of Panama; and also Robin Otto. She is also survived by her daughter after Joy, and many nieces and nephews.
