He was predeceased by: his parents, Gretchen Heinecke (McCready) and Walter Heinecke. He is survived by: his children, Wendy LaPlant (Keith) of Buffalo, Scott (Kim) of Big Lake and Angie Halverson (Chris) of Nisswa; his pet Lucy; his grandchildren, Jake LaPlant, William LaPlant, Dareck Heinecke, Sara Heinecke (Kevin), Meranda Heinecke, Madi Halverson and Reese Halverson; his great grandchildren, Kinzlie, Mila and Harper; and his siblings, Jim (Kate), Jay (Shelley) and Jill Anderson (Jeff). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
