He was predeceased by: his parents, George Bohn and Dorothy Bohn. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer (Denny) and Erik (Ashley); his wife Jan; his granddaughter Josephine; and his sisters, Marilyn Wilson (Fred) and Kari Bohn (Rob). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to the Salvation Army or the Alzheimer's Association.
