He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Kornelyk and Sophie Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Joan; his daughters, Elaine Arnal (Gene) and Karen Johnson (Scott); his grandchildren, Dan, Ben, Bob and Jessica; and his sister Lorraine Weber (Salas). He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.

In Lieu of flowers memorials preferred to "Let's Go Fishing".
