He is survived by: his wife Bette; his son David (Kim); his grandchildren, Jacob (Summer) and Madelaine; his daughter Nicole Nestler (Carlos); his grandchildren, Caden and Colten; his son Grant; his grandchildren, Marin and Kellen; his great grandchildren, Solvi and Ole Ellingson; and his sister Nona Huyler (John). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
