She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl and Martha; her husband Gordon Thom of Nicollet; her daughter-in-law Joyce Thom; and her granddaughter Mary Thom.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, David Thom (Lori Shir), Timothy Thom (Bonnie), Michael Thom (Lisa), Scott Thom (Kim), Dawn Wachter (Craig), Patrick Thom, Nicole Kutz (Michael), Shaun Thom (Nikki Gakin), Christopher Huhn (Diane), Andrew Thom (Mindy), Joshua Thom (Doctor Marjorie Ploeger), Lori Holicky (Douglas) and Benjamin Matzke (Leah); her brother-in-law Luther Weindorf; her siblings, Gertrude Poehler, Loraine Geisthardt, Esther Wiechmann, Marion Berndson, Valeria Weindorf and Harold Fischer; and her siblings-in-law, Arno Geisthardt, Wayne Wiechmann, Duane Shult, Edgar Poehler, Leonhard Dallmann and Eldora Dallmann. She is also survived by her children and their spouses.
