He was predeceased by: his siblings, Hazel (Eldon Dallmann) and Norbert (Agnes Wills); and his parents, Fred Wills and Olga Wills (Enter). He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Wills of Nicollet; and his children, Julie Harris (Tracy) of Rochester, Joan Hulke (Perry) of Courtland, Janis Barten (Mike) of North Mankato, Douglas Wills (Tammy) of Nicollet and Darryl Wills (Liz Ann) of Chaska. He is also survived by his 15 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren.
Social distancing guidelines must be practiced at all times, and guests will be required to wear a mask at the visitation and funeral service.
