He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard and Patricia; and his nephew Phoenix. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Carrie Milligan (Dan) and Adam Weller; his grandson Nicholas Affolter; and his sisters, Colleen Sicard (Terry) and Maureen Moriarty (Dan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
