Mark is survived by: wife Sheila; children, Lucas (Heather), Michael (Melissa), Derek, Halle, Blake and Paige; brother Robin Casale (Chrissy); and also, Joe Casale and Loretta Casale. Mark is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
