He is survived by: his wife Shirley Chwialkowski; his sons, Scott Kilen (Darcie) and Jamie Kilen (Rachel); his grandchildren, Ashley Hettervig (Dustin) and Eric Kilen (Heather); his great grandchildren, Chase, Colton, Abagale and Grace; and his siblings, Connie Folden (Gene) and Joe Kilen. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends.
