He is survived by: his wife Patty of Newfolden; his children, Steve Nelson (Amanda) of Oklee, MN and Jill Edin (Jason) of Newfolden; his grandchildren, Thomas, Maverick, Avery, Davis, Trey, Storm, Sunny, Shylo and Shadi; his siblings, Joan Roppe, Marian Peterson, Janice Olson (William), Vernon Nelson (Sheila) and Gary Nelson (Karen); and his sisters-in-law, Peggy Gunderson (Vernon), Jamie Distel (Mike), Julie Skjerven (Corey) and Tami Wilcox. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
