He was predeceased by: his parents, William Steinhauer and Ida Steinhauer (Lunke); his wife Marjorie Landin; his son Joe; his granddaughter Elizabeth; and his siblings, Donald and Evelyn.
He is survived by: his sons, Neil (Cindy) of Swift, MN and Owen (Kim); his grandchildren, Chris, Heather (Kris Hoyne), Michael (Sarah), Rebecca Anderson (John), Melissa Lane (Chris), Adam (Karli Johnson), Charles (Manda), Jonathan (Paige), Joseph and Kristine Thompson (Beau); his great grandchildren, Nicky, Noah, Zachary, Levi, Alexis, Kira, Tristan, Jade, Damien, Annabella, Anstasia, Brandon, Isadora, Emerald, Quinton, Zebedee, Remington, Archie, Winry and Kayden; and his sister-in-law Sandra Steinhauer. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the New Hope Lutheran Church. A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
