It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Andrew Ryan of Newfolden, Minnesota, born in Little Falls, Minnesota, who passed away on February 17, 2024, at the age of 38, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Steven Ryan; his father-in-law Irving "Lee" Swanson; and his godfather Vernon Aune. He is survived by: his mother LeAnn Ryan (Kezar) of Fosston, MN; his niece Jasmine; his nephew Steven; his wife Joni of Newfolden, MN; his daughters, Bethany Helmeke (Cameron King), Kaitlyn Helmeke, Aubrey Swanson and Mikayla Swanson; his sisters, Christi Zimmerman (Aaron) of Warroad, MN and Sara Walcker (Austin) of Fargo, ND; his parent-in-law Lorrie Nelson (Randy) of Newfolden, MN; and his in-laws, Chadrik Swanson of Crookston, MN, Carissa McDougall (Kelly Bates) of Ulen, MN, Nicholas Swanson of Newfolden, MN, Brandon Nelson (Ashley) of Newfolden, MN, Bud Nelson (Pascale) of Newfolden, MN, Tina Lambert (Chris), Kristin Klade (Brandon) and Kassi Redford (Craig). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
