He was predeceased by: his parents, William Brooks and Catherine Brooks (MacKay); and his nephew Adoma Brooks. He is survived by: his close friend Terri Boyer; his siblings, Thomas Brooks (Debi), Victoria Brooks, James Brooks, Dana Brooks, Jack Brooks, Scott Brooks (Patricia) and Glen Brooks (Donna); his stepdaughter Marsha Boyer; his stepgranddaughter Paige McColley; and his stepgreat-grandson Gunnar Pfeffer. He is also survived by his family and his friends.
