He was predeceased by: his father Lester Bay; his daughter Jessica; and his sister Judy. He is survived by: his mother Bernice Bay (Huhta) of Wadena; his wife Sheryl Anne Page; his pet Ike; his son Shane Bay (Kitty) of Hoffman; his grandchildren, Diego, Jasmine and Tanner; his great grandchild Millie; and his siblings, Nancy Mejia (George) of Minneapolis, Susan Brenneman (Bob) of Sauk Rapids and James Bay of St. Louis Park.
