He was predeceased by: his father Merton Swenson; his sister Elaine; and his wife Betty. He is survived by: his mother Marlys Swenson (Christianson); his son Mike Swenson (Nina) of New York Mills; his grandchildren, Dylan, Leah, Kassidy and Saige; his siblings, Bev Tiegen, Merlyn Swenson (Lynn), Marvin Swenson (Patty), James Swenson (Deb), Glenda Swenson, Chris Swenson, Richard Swenson (Kathy), Susan Swenson (Dave), Robert Swenson (Kim), Phillip Swenson (Julie), Tony Swenson (Connie), Charlie Swenson (Wendy) and Tina Spielman (Kevin); and his close friend Jean Wallgren. He is also survived by his family and friends.
