She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Ackerman and Esther Ackerman (Eggert); her former husband Carl Barden; her husband Kenny Bentley; her children, Janice Bailey, Bruce Barden and Carol Barden; and her grandson Craig Barden.
She is survived by: her daughter Joyce Chelmo (Richard) of Detroit Lakes; her grandchildren, Tammy Metzinger, Natosha Hanson, Brook Chelmo, Derrick Chelmo, Trent Barden and Caryn Ranum; and her siblings, Ray Ackerman of New York Mills and Delores Bugge (LeRoy) of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
