He was predeceased by: his wife Deloris "Dee" Schultz; his parents-in-law, Ewald and Viroqua Kruger (Recknor); his brother Lowell Schultz; and his parents, Lawrence Schultz and Rosina Schultz (Kopischke).
He is survived by: his sons, Douglas Schultz (Tammy) of Baxter and Dick Schultz (Barb) of Grand Forks, ND; his grandchildren, Katie Schultz, Kay Stamp (Jeff), Emily Wolff (Ryan), Samantha Schultz, Ross Schultz and William Schultz; his great grandchildren, Carley, Chloe, Colton, Cayden and Greyson; and his great great grandchild Evelyn. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
