She was predeceased by: her former husbands, Wayland Harder and Arnold Schweiss (Arnie); her son Wayne Harder; her great grandchild Jacob Schaefer; her siblings, Opal Hyde, Betty Hale, Joseph, Harvey and Robert Hale; her siblings-in-law, Eunice Hale and Paul Diederich; and her parents, Myrtle Hale (Tesrow) and Joseph Hale.
She is survived by: her children, Sonja Leske (Tom) of New Ulm, Sharon Frederickson (Ron) of Hanska and Steven Harder of New Ulm; her daughter-in-law Susan Harder of St. George; her grandchildren, Jody Meidl, Jamie Leske, Kevin, Melissa, Dawn Paa, Tammy and Theresa Harder; her stepchildren, MaryAnn Schemmel (Woody) of New London, Deb Kohout (Dave) of Glencoe, Lisa Hagen (Scott) of Redwood Falls, Arnie Jr. Schweiss (Cathy) of Toedo, OH and Mike Schweiss (Debbie) of San Antonio, TX; her siblings, Nancy Diederich of Broomfield, CO and Nathan Hale of Winona; and her husband Arnie Schweiss.
