She was predeceased by: her parents, Werner Schleif and Janice Schroeder Vee (Schroeder); her stepfather Arvid Vee; and her boyfriend Michael Johnstone. She is survived by: her siblings, Becky Schleif of New Ulm, Randy Vee of St. Cloud and Michael Vee of Madelia; and her half-brother Kurt Erickson of Ely. She is also survived by many extended family and friends.
