He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Harper and Elvira Harper (Gross). He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Kelm (Paul); his grandchildren, Benjamin, Joshua and Lydia Kelm; his son Jason Harper (Rachel); his grandchildren, Abigail, Caleb, Joseph and David Harper; his sister Judith Miller; and his wife Sylvia Wolfe. He is also survived by nieces and a nephew; and many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to St. Croix Lutheran Academy in West Saint Paul, MN, Luther Preparatory School in Watertown, WI, or Minnesota Valley Lutheran High School in New Ulm, MN.
