He was predeceased by: his wife Joan Vandehaar; his brother Carl Norman (Val); and his parents, Peter Norman and Kate Norman (Huygens). He is survived by: his daughter Beth Sletta (Laine) of New Ulm; his grandchildren, Clay, George and Lucy; and his sister-in-law Phyllis Vandehaar.
